The evaluation service is a 1 on 1 process designed to work out if you have a square peg in a round hole.
 
Sometimes you just can’t work out why someone isn’t performing. They have the skills, they say all the right things but they just don’t hit targets.
 
 Service includes:

 • Sales skills testing
 • Personal drive and motivation matching
 • Personal coaching
 
At the end of the evaluation we will produce a report outlining our thoughts. The report will identify the action we would take if this person worked for us.
